We have our own in-house Training Department, headed by an experienced and externally qualified Training Manager, supported by qualified practical trainers and rigorous compliance management.
As well as delivering specific training on car handling equipment and techniques, our Training Centre is fully accredited to deliver the Driver CPC training which is required by law.
Because we can do this in-house, it means that we can tailor our training to meet the needs of our business and our clients, rather than have our drivers attend generic training courses.
Apart from drivers, we also train our warehouse staff to look after the various cars we handle, and this includes guidance from the manufacturers’ own teams when new models are launched.
Meanwhile, our operational teams receive regular training on a range of subjects, including legal compliance, HR developments and dangerous goods, whilst our maintenance technicians are fully trained and qualified to maintain our large transporter fleet.
