Our cars range from the early 1900s to the mid 1980s and are predominately Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars. We have special requirements in that our cars need to be winched instead of driven into the transporters and this was no problem for Ontime. We have every intention to keep using Ontime Automotive not just during the year for our UK and Continental car transportation requirements, as well as next year’s RREC Rally.”

Name: Adam“My wife’s car broke down yesterday and for various reasons, she was unable to get there when the driver arrived. We informed the RAC of this and they said they would let us know when he was 15 minutes away. My wife received a text message and I drove to meet the driver. 15 minutes after she received the text, one of your drivers was on site. His manner was excellent and courteous. He couldn’t have been better in his approach to the problem and ironed out any concerns regarding the delivery to the garage. When he dropped the car off, he made sure I was OK to get home and offered to help correct any other problems. His name was Mark and he works within the Studley Green, Bucks area. I believe his number is 435. If you could pass on my thanks for such good service I would be grateful.”

His name is Jamil and he assisted me and family in recovering our vehicle from Ealing to Stanwell. He showed great professionalism and attitude to then find the best solution’s to correct our problem. Three of our car tyres had been slashed and we were thinking of how to get the tyres replaced as it was midnight and we would have been stuck the next morning. Jamil suggested a place to us where we got our tyres replaced that night, and he also stayed beyond his shift which was supposed to finish at 02:00. He stayed with us to the end and only left us until our vehicle was roadworthy which was about 02:45. He very much went the extra mile. Can you please pass on our thanks.”

On the 9th Jan at 21:50, a gentleman called George, in vehicle 257 from Ontime Rescue and Recovery, sorted out the problem with our car. He was very friendly and helpful, and as he could not correct the problem completely there and then, he returned the following afternoon and completed the job of replacing the battery. Excellent mechanic, excellent service. Thank you.”

I returned to my vehicle late on a Saturday afternoon, facing a long cross-country drive to the West Midlands, to find that my battery was flat. He arrived very promptly checking and replacing my battery very effectively and quickly. It would not have been easy to get a new battery that time on a Saturday.Apart from being very efficient, his friendly manner also made my problem seem a very minor inconvenience to me. I’d be very grateful if this could be passed on as it is so easy to ignore excellent service these days.”
