The Ontime Rescue & Recovery division comprises over 220 specialised vehicles and 320 staff, all working to provide a UK-wide breakdown assistance service in support of motoring organisations as well as fleet operators and private users.

Ontime’s own recovery vehicles operate throughout south east England; each of our vehicles is real-time tracked and has on-board text messaging enabling Ontime Rescue & Recovery to provide clients with accurate on-scene ETAs and live incident updates.

Ontime's Rescue & Recovery division is delighted to announce the promotion of Emma Lyons to the position of Director Ontime Fleet Assistance with effect from December 2006. Emma has played a key role in the development and growth of Fleet Assistance and the experience she has gained through working in the call centre will enable her to further enhance the Ontime Automotive OFA service for all of our new and existing customers.
